In this session, Ermanno Goletto (Microsoft MVP) and Roberto Massa (Microsoft MVP), will present a detailed description of Active Directory components and their impact in case of malfunctioning. Active Directory is the heart of all modern infrastructures based on Windows operating system. In addition, the speakers will explore the Best Practices and tools available in the various versions of Windows Server for troubleshooting and disaster recovery.

On February, 7^th at Microsoft Innovation Center in Turin we (as BEPS) held our course on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB, where we taught to our students all what they needed to know about this operating system in only one day.

Today, I participate at the conference as attendee and I am very satisfied of this choice!

I am pleased to announce that, also this year, BEPS continues its decennial offer of Windows Embedded/IoT courses. In this first appointment of 2018, it proposes a course that will let you keep on par with the latest products available on the market.

Torino Technologies Group (TTG) is a local community based in Turin, but that tries to involve people from all the Piedmont region. TTG creates technical meeting and sessions to allow experiences exchange among the attendees. The TTG goals are to organize one session a month to involve technicians with different experiences on Microsoft and/or other computer technologies and push the attendees to become the presenters of the sessions.



I am pleased to announce that BEPS has decided to move from the Cittadella Politecnica to a new structure: ULTRASPAZIO Coworking Torino.

I take this opportunity to thank the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella and in particular the Microsoft Innovation Center that has hosted us for six years.

Power BI - the state of art: released and new features

In this meeting, Marco Russo will present the current state of Power BI, as a cloud and/or on-premises service, illustrating the already available features and those already announced coming soon. The goal of the meeting is to focus on what this service proposes two years after its first release. With monthly updates, Power BI has already had more than 20 new versions, overcoming many limitations that existed only a few months ago. In addition to the technical aspects, there will also be a way to evaluate the different licensing models available today.
